SVB Foods expands with acquisition of Vita Specialty Foods

SVB Foods announced its acquisition of Vita Specialty Foods recently. SVB Foods is a trusted contract packaging food manufacturer specialising in savoury condiments like salad dressings, marinades, and sauces. Vita Specialty Foods offers a portfolio of food products through licensing agreements, private labelling, and its own brands, including the nationally acclaimed Virginia Brand Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for SVB Foods, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing its product portfolio and expanding its presence in the food industry.

Vita Specialty Foods includes its wholly owned subsidiaries of Virginia Honey Company and The Halifax Group (Oak Hill Farms). The acquisition will facilitate a seamless integration that ensures the continuity of existing product lines.
