Bunge is expanding its North American lecithin portfolio to include deoiled soybean lecithin. This addition complements the company’s leading global crude, standard, and speciality lecithins from soybean, sunflower, and rapeseed.

The new range of deoiled soybean lecithin will include both powdered and granulated formats. They will meet customer expectations for clean taste and light colour. The production will use soybeans grown by local farmers near our Bellevue, Ohio facility.
