Anuga FoodTec India presented state-of-the-art machinery and processing technologies from leading companies like Latini, Netzsch, Mitsubishi Electric, Sensograph, and Flexlink, demonstrating significant advancements in food production, packaging, and automation.
Day 1 set the tone with sessions on revolutionary business technologies, financial solutions for MSMEs, global market expansion strategies, and product innovation. Exciting product launches included White Coffee by Swadgram and Indian Soul. Distinguished panellists such as Prashant Waghmare (APEDA), Nilesh Amritkar (AFSTI Mysore), and Vikas Gupta (TATA Consumer Products) shared valuable insights.
Day 2 focused on the future of Indian retail, the impact of digital advancements, the role of women in reshaping the F&B industry, supply chain dynamics, and breakthroughs in food processing. Highlights included Rashmi Uday Singh’s Hospitality Hope 2.0 initiative and discussions with leaders like Umesh Madhyan (Hindustan Coca-Cola) and Pritee Chaudhary (FSSAI).
Day 3 offered practical workshops on launching food startups, the advantages of NABL accreditation, and innovative culinary sessions in the Culinary Corner featuring chefs like Beena Noronha and Rahul Punjabi.
