Ahmedabad-based Everest Instruments, a leading provider of dairy technology solutions, has launched its latest product, the Fatscan Milk Analyser. The Fatscan Milk Analyser uses cutting-edge technology to provide accurate and efficient analysis of milk quality. This cost-effective device can measure FAT, SNF, Added Water, Density, Protein, and Lactose % in less than 30 seconds.
The Fatscan Milk Analyser was launched in the presence of National Dairy Development Board Chairman Meenesh Shah, Indian Dairy Association President RS Sodhi, Amul Dairy MD Amit Vyas, International Dairy Federation President Piercristiano Brazzale, eminent technocrats, IDA members, and dairy industry representatives.
The Fatscan Milk Analyser also gives a boost to the Make in India and Atma Nirbhar Bharat campaigns.

The Fatscan Milk Analyser was exhibited at the 49th Diary Industry Conference and Exhibition that took place from March 16 to 18 at Gandhinagar.
Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Parshottam Rupala, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, and Gujarat Cooperation Minister Jagdish Vishwakarma unveiled the Fatscan Milk Analyser during their visit to Everest Instruments’ stall at the exhibition.
